Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Return requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues or damaged/defective products. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perfumes and fragrances (due to hygiene reasons)
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and product images. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup may be available for selected locations. If not available, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick resolution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.
